When life hands you lemon's!

so many people on our sites and news letters loved the baking soda tutorial so we are planing to make a part two. as soon as we find more uses and test them of course. but this is is one of my favorite secrets and i hope you all enjoy this one as well.

lemons are amazing they do so many great things for our skin. and they smell wonderful. everyone hates break outs and pimples so thankfully lemons help with that. just drop a little lemon juice on pimples - the acids buff's off the top layer of dead skin cells, keeping pores clear and unblocked.

even you beautiful mommies to be can benefit from this wonder fruit. pregnant women can find relief from morning sickness by sipping lemon water, sucking lemon wedges, or adding the lemon zest to hot tea. lemon water also burns fat and helps keep your weigh down.

To get rid of bothersome hiccups suck on slices of lemons to control the spasms. or just keep your mind off of it but at least you will have fresh breath.
Lemon juice can be used as an underarm deodorant, by making the pH level of your skin more acidic if fights odor causing bacteria. i wouldn't use this on a regular but on a DIY beauty spa day it would b nice to treat your pit's to some natural pampering.
when your hair is just too oily and lifeless a Lemon juice cocktail is your cure. by mixing the juice of 1 whole large lemon into 1 cup of water (any temp) and pour through wet hair as a final leave-in rinse it gets rid of left over oils weighing your hair down and treats your scalp so it produces less oils over time.

the citric acid in lemon juice gently exfoliates and fades dark pigments on skin so this is good for acne scars or aging spot. its somewhat of a natural bleaching agent that doesn't harm the skin and rubbing it through your hair before you spend a day in the sun lighten your hair color. think of it as a summer sun dye job.

lemons, lemons.............when life hands you lemons get beautiful and feel good! xoxo ~chella
