Snack Time yummmy!

Weight loss Resolution Part 2

One of the main ways that we gain weight is by constantly snacking. so to have your between meal snack work with you and not against you switch out your old boring snacks with something new and lighter.

Instead of munching down on those potatoe chips; even the baked ones, try Pirate's booty aged white cheddar popcorn puffs. mmmmmm... my fave.

Sweet and crunchy snap pea's can also trick your taste buds into believing your eating a regular crispy snack.

Fresh or even frozen berries are a great any time food that can be eaten alone or with frozen yogurt or cottege cheese, this can be a better choice than ice cream.

Say no to pretzles ...apple slices with a nutty based buter like peanut, almond, or hazelnut butter is so much more heathly and it keeps you on the right track.

Try and keep raw nut in your diet. pistachio's, walnut's, and almonds help maintain your energy and cut cravings.  just a hand full and your good to go.
