Being Truthful

Its always nice to hear the truth when you ask for it. Every one likes an honest person and when some one is decent enough to speak from there heart. Telling the truth can be hard at times and not wanting to hurt someone you love can be torture but as they say honesty is the best policy.

If you have a resolution to always be truthful or to stop lieing all the time heres a good tip on how to do that... just stop doing things you would have to lie about. cutting out the reason for lieing eliminates the need to lie in the first place. Before you make any choices during your day ask your self is this positive, will I be proud to tell others, will this embarrass me or shame me in any way. some people may not be able to handle the truth or even choose to believe it but as long as your right with your self and guilt free life will be less heavy for you because you wont have the weight of your lies on your shoulders wherever you go.

Weight Loss Part 1

I found that a great way to fill up fast, stay full all day and satisfy that sweet tooth is drinking a fresh,cold smoothie / shake.But don't be fooled they can also be bad for you. But when you use fresh healthy ingredients they will be your best friend. ok, so some examples of bad smoothies are anything fast food. Sonic has great smoothies you should try to stay away if you can and only use as a treat, the same goes for Steak and Shake,Mc Donalnds,Burger King and anything similar. Some place doing it right are Jamba Juice Planet Smoothie and this little place in mid-town new york. I can really remember it's name but they had a liquid cure for every thing from headaches the common cold and even high blood pressure and the shakes really made you feel better. I will try to find the name and post it later for our new york followers. Now back to the good stuff. If you can't find a healthy places to call your own, make them at home its easy.

(These drinks listed below are some tasty treats favored by Alist celebs)

Pomegrante Smoothie

Bethenny F. (Ever after)

• 1 cup berries of your choice
• 1cup ice
• 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
• 1/2  a banana

blend all together and serve immediately.

Special K milk shake

Kendra W. (Playboy)

• 4 strawberries
• 1/2 cup of milk or Greek yogurt
• 1 whole banana
• 5 ice cubes
• 1 tbsp Special K

Blend first four together until smooth add SpecialKk and blend for 1 minute longer.

green smoothie

Fergie (black eyed peas)

• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 head romaine
• 3-4 stalks celery (she uses organic)
• 1/2 a large bunch of spinach
• 1 apple (organic)
• 1 pear (organic)
• 1 banana (organic)
• juice of 1/2 a fresh (organic) lemon

Chop fruits and veggies and blend all together.

Peanut butter Protein Shake

Kim K. (Reality Star)

• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 small banana
• 1 scoop veggie protein powder
• 1 cup milk
• 4-5 ice cubes

Blend until smooth serve immediately

Slenderizing smoothie

Miley cyrus (Hannah Montana)

• 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
• 8 oz FUZE slenderize blueberry raspberry drink
• 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries.

Blend FUZE and yogurt and slowly add berries.

Baking Soda!!!

Baking soda the biggest beauty secret of all time.

Everyone knows it has good qualities but really not really what it can do. 

Question:

Why do I have this little yellow box in my house, all the time?

Some people will store it in the fridge to keep the inside fresh. Others who have pets know to sprinkle some over a litter box or a wee-wee pad (for dogs) to neutralize bad Oder's. But what else could it be used for? 
                                  HMMMMMMMM.... well loads of stuff! lol

1. Like your washer, throw some in to brighten all of your best out fits.
2. Add some to your shampoo to improve manageability and get rid of icky build up.
3. After stressful day pour half a cup of into your bath water (with or with out bubbles) for silky skin
4. Turn into a paste (add water) and use as a face mask or exfoliating wash that will leave your skin glowing..- This is really good if u spray tan.
5. Soak your little piggies with warm water they will thank you. and baking soda of course.
6. To whiten your beautiful smile add on top of your tooth paste and brush. Or use alone and brush but if you do try it with peroxide i like it better that way it foams up and i feel works a little bit better.

There are a million ways to use it these are some of the best and my fave. Go try it out and have fun being beautiful.

Heels Above

The best idea I've seen ever! 
I stumbled on to this one day and instanly fell in love. they kind of look funny, but if u love your shoes as much as i do you can appreiate their true beauty.

No more falling in cracks ladies! And, say good bye to coble stone worries these plastic little caps for your heels are amazing. They help to keep you staying above ground with there wide flat bottoms. They are great for outside would patios grassy areas or just to make sure you dont get stuck in a little hole. They only come in two colors clear and black. wish there was more but clear is good for me.

Self Tanner Reveiw

The New Year is approaching and so is the nice wheather. Now our only problem is the twilight complection your turtle neck sweaters have been hiding. lol and im not talking about sparkles. the winter months leave us so pale and as we start to consentrate on getting fit for that new swim suit we lose sight of the first tanning session on the beach and how blinding it will be when the cover up comes off. so my solution self tanners. yaaaayyy!  ok so these are the ones that caught my eye and my opinions on them.



Neutrogena sun fresh sunless foam- this is really cool to use foam makes everything fun. its real easy to apply except your back of  course, even with a back wand. non-streak formula and its true foam doesn't streak. dries very quikly so u can get dressed in a hurry which i love. and buildable. cost is also great at $9

True blue spa bronze bombshell- This one I am still using its very good and has SPF, not many do. It's runny which i personally don't like but others may. feels great on the skin and rubs in completely so it dosent sit on top of the skin. down side it only comes in one color choice so if you are darker skin or a lighter skin it will show up  really different so do a test first so you look as natural as possible. I like this one but at $15 it's not worth buying again.

Dove energy glow- It feels like regular lotion as well as moisturizes like lotion. most tanners smell funny this one dose a pretty good job covering it up but you can still tell. the tan comes through very quickly and is buildable but can go wrong fast. it works that good you can find it at the drug store i cant remember the price but wasn't expensive at all. this and the Vaseline healthy body glow are about the same in my book . no SPF tones availible. I believe they are around $10.


All are good choices they all work some more than others. I don't recomend tan beds at all, laying out in the sun if you use SPF is ok but keep a timer with you and some type of shade. but i love self tanners also spray tans are fun i have a booth in my home doing them with friends is a blast. Ill post a list of spray tans at a later date i think that would be a cool idea for a fun get together with friends.

We have many ways for you our loyal fans connect to us; like facebook and twitter; but, I feel this is one of the best way to reach me personally. (Chelsea-owner) I feel like this is our very own conversation lounge and it will be my most active project since I'm doing this my self and i will be able to read comments straight from you. With every thing that our company does this is like my note book. everything from tips tricks and how-to will be posted here and then sorted to any other site or network we have.
